Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will be notified via email when your order has been shipped. If a dispatch delay occurs, we will reach out to let you know.

We currently ship only within Australia.

• Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods (Sales and Promotional events), public holidays, extreme weather events or due to postal service delivery issues that are unforeseen.
  
  
• Online orders are processed and shipped from Melbourne, Victoria and so we follow any Victorian Public Holidays.
  
  Please allow additional time for regional and rural deliveries.
  
  
• If a parcel is returned to GlowNest & Co. because it was unclaimed or an incorrect address was provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for a $20 handling and re-delivery fee. 
  
  Please note that GlowNest & Co. is not responsible for unclaimed parcels or orders submitted with incorrect addresses, and we do not offer replacement packages in these cases.
