Evening Routine:
Start small: Apply 1–2 drops to your hand and gently tap onto areas of concern from inside out, allow to absorb.
Frequency: Begin with 2–3 times per week. This is your adaptation period to build tolerance.
Gradual increase: Once your skin adjusts, increase usage to every other night, and spread over the entire face if tolerated.
Tips for best results:
Always follow with SPF in the morning to protect renewed skin. Adjust application areas and frequency based on your skin’s tolerance and maintain the adaptation phase until no irritation is experienced.
Weekly guide:
Week 1–2: Use 2–3 nights per week, focusing on target areas.
Week 3 onward: Apply every other night; extend coverage to the whole face as tolerated.
